Perjuangan Yang Belum Selesai

Sesungguhnya tidak ada yang lebih menyayat hati
Dari melihat bangsaku dijajah
Tidak ada yang lebih menyedihkan
dari membiarkan bangsaku dihina
Air mata tiada ertinya
Sejarah silam tiada maknanya
Sekiranya bangsa tercinta terpinggir
Dipersenda dan dilupakan

Bukan kecil langkah wira bangsa
Para pejuang kemerdekaan
Bagi menegakkan kemuliaan
Dan darjat bangsa
Selangkah bererti mara
Mengharung sejuta dugaan
Biarkan bertatih
asalkan langkah itu yakin dan cermat
bagi memastikan negara
merdeka dan bangsa terpelihara
air mata sengsara
mengiringi setiap langkah bapa-bapa kita

Tugas kita bukan kecil
Kerana mengisi kemerdekaan
Rupanya lebih sukar dari bermandi
Keringat dan darah menuntutnya
Lagi pula apalah ertinya kemerdekaan
Kalau bangsaku asyik mengia
Dan menidakkan,
Mengangguk dan membenarkan,
Kerana sekalipun bangganya negara
kerana makmur dan mewahnya
bangsaku masih melata
dan meminta-minta di negaranya sendiri

Bukan kecil tugas kita
Meneruskan perjuangan kemerdekaan kita
Kerana rupanya selain memerdekakan,
Mengisi kemerdekaan jauh lebih sengsara

Bangsaku bukan kecil hati dan jiwanya
Bukankah sejak zaman berzaman
Mereka menjadi pelaut, pengembara
Malah penakluk terkemuka?
Bukankah mereka sudah mengembangkan sayap
Menjadi pedagang dan peniaga
Selain menjadi ulama dan ilmuwan terbilang?
Bukankah bangsaku pernah mengharung
Samudera menjajah dunia yang tak dikenal
Bukankah mereka pernah menjadi
wira serantau
Yang tidak mengenal erti takut dan kematian?

Tugas kita belum selesai rupanya
Bagi memartabat dan memuliakan bangsa
kerana hanya bangsa yang berjaya
akan sentiasa dihormati
Rupanya masih jauh dan berliku jalan kita
Bukan sekadar memerdeka dan mengisinya
tetapi mengangkat darjat dan kemuliaan
buat selama-lamanya
Hari ini, jalan ini pasti semakin berliku
Kerana masa depan belum menjanjikan syurga
Bagi mereka yang lemah dan mudah kecewa

Perjuangan kita belum selesai
Kerana hanya yang cekal dan tabah
Dapat membina mercu tanda
Bangsanya yang berjaya.

Love You Like A Love Song...Baby..And i repeat..pitpitpitpit

The way you breath makes me calm
The way you speak makes me warm
The way you see right through me
You make me the girl that I want to be

The way you hold me, I could never feel cold
The way you are, how my heart got sold
The way your nose moves when you speak
The way your eyes looks at me makes me weak

The way you smell, your perfume
It is like to be in Heaven, I assume
The way you taste, better than any chocolate
The way we fit together, it must be fate

The way you kiss me like I want to be kissed
All our moments that forever will be missed
Your humour makes me smile my happiest smile
The way we go together as well as our style

The way your solarium colour meets my pure white skin
The way we both fight for our love to win
Your honesty makes me believe in everything you say
The way you drive your car when we are on our way

The way you smile makes me want to kiss you
The way I am when I am with you, I could never be blue
The way you stole my heart and kept it
The way we belong to each other, we fit

All the things we do when the light goes out
The sweet words that comes out of your mouth
The way we make love all through the night
The way you pleasure me and hold me tight

The way I will miss you until the next time we meet
The way we are perfect, together we are complete

All these things I love about you
But most the way you love me too
'I love you' is all I want you to say
We are perfect in every way
Except for the way we say 'goodbye'
That word is not meant for us, I feel like I could die
But heck! We are meant to be, made for each other
We would be together now if it was not for my father and mother

I love you in every way...

You Are My Everything

[Verse 1]
It's been said and done
Every beautiful thought's been already sung
And I guess right now here's another one
So your melody will play on and on, with the best of them
You are beautiful, like a dream come alive, incredible
A centerfold miracle, lyrical
You've saved my life again
And I want you to know baby

[Chorus]
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

[Verse 2]
Constantly, boy you played through my mind like a symphony
There's no way to describe what you do to me
You just do to me, what you do
And it feels like I've been rescued
I've been set free
I am hypnotized by your destiny
You are magical, lyrical, beautiful
You are... And I want you to know baby

[Chorus]
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby
I, I love you like a love song, baby

And I keep hittin re-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat-peat

[Bridge]
No one compares
You stand alone, to every record I own
Music to my heart that's what you are
A song that goes on and on

I love you...like a love song...

Ku Pinang Kau Dengan Bismillah | VC Trinity

Tuhan memberikanku cinta
untuk ku persembahkan hanyalah padamu
Dia anugerahkanku kasih
hanya untuk berkasih berbagi denganmu

atas restu Allah ku ingin milikimu
ku berharap kau menjadi yang terakhir untukku
restu Allah ku mencintai dirimu
ku pinang kau dengan Bismillah

hampa terasa bila ku tanpamu
hidupku terasa mati jika ku tak bersamamu
hanya dirimu satu yang aku inginkan
ku bersumpah sampai mati hanyalah dirimu (hanyalah dirimu)

atas restu Allah ku ingin milikimu
ku berharap kau menjadi yang terakhir untukku
restu Allah ku mencintai dirimu
ku pinang kau dengan Bismillah

atas restu Allah ku ingin milikimu
ku berharap kau menjadi yang terakhir untukku
restu Allah ku mencintai dirimu
ku pinang kau dengan Bismillah

P/S:kalau aku lelaki...lama dah aku pinang kau

OFFICE-POLITICS REPLY BY FRANKE JAMES

source

Dear Change in Power,
You’ve written in to Office-Politics to express your disgust about a change in power that threatens your satisfaction with your job. Sometimes the problems that come our way are opportunities for growth. Let me tell you the messages I’m getting from your letter, and then offer you some advice.

1. You’re undervaluing yourself
Read your sentence over again, “I have built a highly visible community program with little or no help from my organization.” That is a significant achievement that has value in the marketplace. Do you know how hard companies are working these days to build communities — both in the real world and online? You should research what other jobs are out there, and what people with your skills are getting paid. Do not do this in a haphazard way. Make a project of it. Do research. Read books. Consult with HR firms. Be thorough. If you really have built a ‘highly visible community program with little or no help from an organization’, then you have a great skill set. This may be your opportunity to move to a much better position.

2. Your coworker is good at networking. You have to get better!
Your coworker has the advantage over you on this. She is schmoozing the Boss’s wife socially to get ahead. This is a powerful play. Is it unethical for her to be friends with your Boss’ wife? No. Your coworker may (and this could be hard to believe) genuinely enjoy the company of your Boss and his wife. Whatever the true basis of their friendship should be of no concern to you. You can’t regulate who makes friends with whom. But as you’ve noted, it threatens your position. ‘Whom you know’ can be more powerful than ‘what you know’. It’s not nice. It’s not fair. But it’s office politics.

3. Is being friendly with the Boss, ‘kissing ass’?
Read your sentence again, “I don’t want to kiss ass to succeed.” That statement carries a lot of contempt. You’re saying that being friendly with the Boss is false. If I was your Boss, I’d be insulted. Your Boss is a human being. Is it really ‘kissing ass’ to be nice to him and his wife? Business is not just work. Business is about human relationships. All of us like to do business with people we like and trust. That often results in friendships outside of work. You should look for opportunities to connect outside of work with coworkers.

4. Should you speak up?
Returning now to your big question, “Should I just accept the fact that I may have to work for her, and keep my mouth shut, or let her know, and my boss, how I feel?” Your coworker is more skilled than you at playing the office politics game. Revealing your true feelings about the coworker is unlikely to achieve anything other than stirring up bad feelings.

My advice to you is to do two things:
1. Research other job opportunities and understand your market value
2. Apply for the job of Supervisor yourself. Be ready to blow your own horn about your achievements. Think from his perspective. What are your assets? Why are you the better person to be the Supervisor? Be armed with the research stats to show your Boss the value that you have in the marketplace, and a well-organized written list of your strengths and achievements.
Thanks for writing to Office-Politics. Let me know if this helps!
